Considering that Asmodee seems to be totally disinterested in re-printing old tracks and earning money hand over fist (Kickstarter?), I don't feel that this question is inappropriate.

Have any of you successfully printed old tracks and mounted them? Anyone find a way to do this without spending more than the tracks would cost on Ebay? Spending $100+ for a USED copy of USA Track Pack #1 is ridiculous.

I sure wish they'd just re-print the tracks. The interest is obviously there, Kickstart the damn things already. What have they got to lose?

I have heard that the companies that own the tracks want money for the rights for them to be printed (like 25 thousand dollars to have monaco printed for example). So it is not that they do not want to reprint the tracks but they would not be able to recoup the cost for the rights to print them.

If you have access to scans/files of the boards, Andrew Tullsen of Print n Play Productions can likely put together the boards for you at a reasonable price. I've bought a number of games from him and have been very happy with his work. In fact, I am thinking about having him do some Formula De boards for me at some point in the future.

You might want to check out the applicable copyright laws before you do this.

I found the american pack 1 for the half. Just be patient on eBay, it is where you find the cheapest ones.
Check on this website, it is still possible to get one.

I found a local printer who prints out the fan made tracks for about $14 a piece in color.
Check your local print shops, and stay away from Kinko's, etc...

If you go to http://formulede.online.free.fr/ , you can download the tracks for the online game. In the file is a jpeg for that particular track.

They're not particularly large jpegs though - considering how much you'd have to enlarge them, they'd end up very pixellated...
