Do you think is a manufacturing failure (and i should contact the samsung customer service) or is due to the fact that my laser printer (which is an entry level) is not built to support these "heavy" prints on thick supports?

Almost certainly the latter, IMO.

Does the printer have a setting in the driver or in a menu on the printer itself to change the type of paper you're printing on? As mentioned up-thread, I sometimes have this problem if I don't actually stand up, go to the printer, and select 'thick card' or 'linen' on the printer itself. The driver settings only seem to make a difference for some software, and even then not for the heavier settings, for whatever reason.

It does have specific paper setting via software (not built in since doesn't have a display). I tried thick, cotton, heavy matte and heavy gloss but the results are always the same.

I'll print the first PnP projects downsized until i finish the paper i bought and then try a lighter linen paper (200 g/m2 is very thick, it also come 120 g/m2), or go to a print shop.

Does the paper actually go through the printer slower when you change the settings? If not, it's probably ignoring the setting. When mine does linen stock the paper travel slows down dramatically.

You can try other software (Photoshop in particular seems to gleefully ignore any printer-driver settings I throw at it, I guess Adobe obviously [thinks it] knows best) but you may be out of luck. Of course, "settings in drivers do absolutely nothing" is a failure, so you shouldn't feel too bad about contacting support over that.

Re: printer problems
It may be the case, i didn't notice a significative change in paper speed through the printer.

Since most of my files are PDFs, any suggestion for non-adobe PDF readers?
