Surprise, surprise. You could have seen this outcome about four months ago. Please, for the love of god, would someone, sometimes ever mention a game besides Caylus?

Not sure if the above is written sarcastically but technically speaking, someone, this time, did mention 4 other games besides Caylus.

As far as I'm concerned, there's a fair amount of tunnel vision besetting most Caylus lovers and haters...

Congratulations to all the winners!

Caylus is a fine fine game and a worthy winner.

Don't worry. Someone will soon be mentioning things other than Caylus. Saw precious little Caylus played this weekend at BGG.CON, only recall seeing it played once.

Hey, where's your fish?

Apparently not inside a Geekies medallion...

:soblue:

Congrats to the winners, though. Jorb well done. :)

:shake: BOO! HIS-S-S-S-S-! how DUMB and "Euro-tarded" do you have to BE to 'select' a NON-"wargame" for an 'award'!?!
"BEST 'Game' NOT appropriate for its 'Category' is..."
THAT 'one'!
:p

Poor Aldie & Derk, they almost bit their tounges trying to pronounce Die Nacht Der Magier.

Could it be they all have one track minds? :shake:
So, what happened to that original category name of "Two-Player (non-war) game"? I hope that the medal had the proper category written on the back showing that Twilight Struggle won both the best wargame and best 2-player non-wargame awards.

Thanks for organizing this Aldie. Congratulations to the winners!

I'm still sad about the penguins though, they were nominated in something like 4 categories I believe, but couldn't snag themselves a single award :soblue:

If it's any consolation, Twilight Struggle did win the 2-player non-wargame award.
