UK Games Expo 2007 was a success but we aim to make UK Games Expo 2008 bigger and better and improve on the format.

We have confirmed a booking for UK Games Expo 2008 on 31st May and 1st June at the Clarendon Suite , Hagley road in Birmingham.
For board gamers we expect most of this years board game companies and retailers to reattend and hope to attract more board game companies. So there should be more board games to sit down and try out.

The Grand board game tournament will return but moved to a larger cooler (!) room or rooms to accomodate we hope more players.

We will look at the free play areas Saturday night being expanded and adding some friday night. Some will be available in the day BUT the thrust and emphais will be on the ability to sit down and play the companies games with the game designers.

All those little niggles over car parking, catering, signs etc will be looked at and improved.

More details on www.UKGamesExpo.co.uk in the autumn (but check out the Gallery now) and on BGG in due course.
