I think that was a decent overview of what to expect in a game, but please don't be afraid to add more opinion to the end. I think if you do some more reviewing at the end of the segment, it would come together nicely.

Did you like the component quality? Were the cards a little flimsy in your opinion? Were the rules clear to you? I think the full game example in the back of the booklet was invaluable. How long did your first game take? What would you estimate the time for more experienced players with a couple of games under their belts? Were you impressed that the publisher paid to print an educational poster on the back of the game board?

This is where I find the post categories lacking. I consider this more of a sneek peak or a preview than a review. That's not a bad thing, mind you. I like previews. I think there should be a designation for them.

Thanks for the video and one final note: In the instruction sheet that shows assembly, it looked to me like the mossie got put on the tallest stick. My instinct was bomber, and it looks like yours too. Does anyone know which is right? It actually doesn't matter, just curious.

I'd say Mosquito, since it's on the sheet and you have to keep moving it up and down, while the bomber is set-and-forget.

Thanks everyone for the support and thumbs up.

Wes - I think the component quality of this game was great. There probably is better card stock out there but the cards in the game are fine. I was very impressed by the stunning graphics back of the board. It was completely unnesessary but cool that they went the extra mile.

The rules and the example were very clear. So clear in fact that I did not do an instructional video because I thought it would have been redundant at best. This game was what made me lean toward doing video overviews instead of full instructions.

The game seems to last about 20 to 45 mins maybe less if the British select a really close city. Our play time was not much longer the first couple times we played.

I agree with you review is not the best word for this or any of my videos but exploration was already taken. :D I do try to present a game a straight foward as I can because I think an advantage of video is that people are able to see the components and how they interact with the mechanics. I am planning on adding a more structured sum up at the end of my videos where I cover what I think are areas of intrest in a game and areas of caution.

Thanks for the feed back.
-Lawrence

edit: I changed the time estimates. I think we actually get through games really quick
