If the puzzle creator had included a line at the bottom that looked like the following, would you have a better idea of what you need to do?

What am I applying tanga #'s to? I figured out what I think to be the correct rank, but am I applying the tanga to the phrase or the suit?

You apply the suit tanga numbers to the numbers/names of the cards.

LOL. Actually, I meant the opposite. Use the suits as Tanga numbers on the card names/numbers. There are only four different Tanga numbers used in this puzzle. The spade symbol is shown first, so the tanga number to apply on any card that is a spade is 1...

THIRD WORDS Do I start with 'Dear Sir' or with the main body of the letter? Do hyphenated words count as one or 2 words? I'm getting a bunch of gibberish, need a nudge!

Having problems
1)got the left (i think) right

2) I see two hands circled

fist or fist? doesn't work with ratsalad :p)

3)

all I have is ratsalad - which doesn't mean anything to me


4) I have something that fits, but doesn't make sense
fairies wear boots
5) I have the first word, but second? more nonesense ALFS? PIGS?

6) Only thing I recognize is the

7) very salty for the first no clue for the second
