One more addition: UNLESS you're in one of the choke points AND no one else can move.

Exception due to bottleneck. Bottlenecks are places where the
track narrows to a single space. If the leading player is in this type of
space, and possesses three 6s in their hand, the leading player may play one of these 6s to move further along the track.
