Releasing someone during epidemic
Suppose you have just one pharmacist during the second epidemic. You then have to release 2 of your persons. Can your pharmacist be one of the two persons released, since it is not useful anymore?

Yes he can.

In fact, I think this is mentioned in the rules somewhere.

Just think of him as a kindly Pharmacist .... he makes sure everyone else has medicine before he notices there's nothing left for himself.

I got in the situation where i got only 1 healer (a 2 mortar one) left and that's all, no other peoples. If a apidemic is coming do i have to discard him?
My arguments is that a epidemic need to affect peoples(3). The way i read the rules is i have to discard 3 but prevent 1 from dying for each mortar. so i keep my healer.
The other side argument: You have to discard 3 minus 2 mortar = you need to kill the healer(the last one alive).

Can you tell me witch is true?

You release one fewer person per mortar pictured on the healer. In your case you lose two fewer than three, which is one. You have to lose your healer in this situation.
