Sure.
The card are printed on both side (front / back).

Here the cutting instructions:

So, flipping the flaps towards the front shows the back printed side, where the setup options you can't see in the first post picture stays.

Putting each flap in front or in the back let you choose what you want of each of them (full - 1/2, hard - soft, slick - rain, brakes - booster).

Finally, one side of the "sleeved" card show one of the weather condition, so you can change from sun to rain just flipping the whole card: the options you choosed will tell your final speed (by summing the numbers), the amount of hardbrakes and if you can use them or not.
