How many of each piece should be under the tiles?
Question that i can't seem to find the answer to.

How many boats/sharks/ect. should be under the beach/land/citadel tiles?

What i mean is, how many sea monsters should have been revealed when all the beach tiles are gone, and how many ships and so on. I just got a copy of the game and there are only TWO tiles that show a ship and there are 8 whirlpools and only 3 octopi total. That can't be right. Could someone tell me the appropriate combination for each kind of tile?

Thanks!

My copy (German Schmidt edition) has one of each (monster, shark, octopus, whirlpool, dolphin and boat) in the six mountain spaces; two of each in the woods and three of each in the beaches.

Bummer that yours is wrong; then again, it is easily solved with labels, I think.

Cheers.

Yeah that makes sense when you add up how many pieces of each are in the game. (10 boats and 6 of everything else) Labels it is!

Thanks much!
