Is there a unified ruleset for Rails of Europe?
I can't find a single ruleset that gives the FULL rules for Rails of Europe. The manual with the game says to use the original RRT booklet apart from a few exceptions listed in the separate RRT Europe manual. I am surprised that no one has done a complete ruleset for Rails of Europe.

Can anyone point me to one?

Well, like it or not, but it is the standard fare when dealing with expansions to games, the exceptions are pointed out.
