I had noticed that myself but it's quite easy to correct yourself - the .ztb file is just a normal ZIP file. I extracted the soviet_front.png and soviet_back.png files and fixed the counters using a photoshop type editor. For the AP I borrowed the correct number from another Counter and just pasted over the wrong one, for the Range you'll have to manually create the correct number since I couldn't find another counter with the correct number to use.

Late Edit - after doing the work and all, and looking at it again I just thought of something you can grab one of the yellow 9s on the T34b tanks range., and if your photoshop tool has it, Flip the number Vertically and Horizonatly to make it into a 6.

Thanks for your suggestion, Job. Actually, I use the image above to fix the problem. It fits perfectly only need to modify each squad's number

Is there going to be an official update to the ZunTzu module to correct this?

Also, I noticed that for FF1, the ZunTzu module has the Soviet Rifle Squad starting in the wrong hex. It should be F13 rather than F12.

And while we're at it, how about an update that includes the remaining firefights, including the bonus ones.
