Then there are the conventions, the gaming events and several different gaming groups, all where I learn new games. Since I have been playing boardgames for over 15 years, that adds up to alot of games. I also suspect I will find a couple games which I've forgotten to mark as owned.

I've played 67 from the 1-100 range.
There are still about 15 that I'd like to try. Mostly wargames, but there are a few euros as well. Abstracts (stuff like Zertz) aren't on my list to try (though I wouldn't rule them out completely).
Drops to 48 for the 101-200 range.

Actually, I've even played as many 201-300 (68) as in the top 100. Only 55 of the games 301-400, though, and 49 of those 401-500 Taking some non-random samples thereafter... 40 of the games 1001-1100 17 of the games 2001-2100 23 of the games 3001-3100 13 of the games 4001-4100 There's not quite a game ranked 5001st yet, but as soon as there is, I'll have played it. So there is a general decay, as expected - while low ratings are one reason for a low rank, another is a shortage of ratings - but my peak doesn't align with BGGs. Yet again.

59%. If I could only get Imperial to the table I'd be able to reach the next bracket. If we remove wargames (which I have no interest in playing) from the list, my score goes up to 73%.

Some nice scores so far, but still no one above 90. I'm thinking it'll be highly unlikely for anyone to make that amount due to personal preference and availability.

I am at 80% (played 43 of the top 50, and 37 of 51-100), having not played the following 20 games : Hannibal: Rome vs. Carthage, Paths of Glory, Combat Commander: Europe, Conflict of Heroes: Awakening the Bear! - Russia 1941-1942, Hammer of the Scots, Advanced Squad Leader, Dune, Up Front, Blood Bowl: Living RuleBook, Here I Stand, A Game of Thrones, Space Hulk, Tide of Iron, Friedrich, Advanced Squad Leader - Starter Kit #1, StarCraft: The Board Game, 1830: The Game of Railroads and Robber Barons, Europe Engulfed, Napoleon's Triumph, Blood Bowl - Third Edition. Of these, I own, and will likely play in the near future, the following: Dune, A Game of Thrones, Friedrich, StarCraft: The Board Game. Of the rest, I really only have a desire to play: 1830: The Game of Railroads and Robber Barons. Edit: fixed c/p error, and a typo.

I'm at 76%, missing mostly the same ones as David Fair above, except definitely not missing Dune or Game of Thrones from my games played list! C'mon David, you definitely need to give both of those a try soon. EDIT: I drop down to 64% played in the second hundred (rank 101-200). Got some work to do I guess. Better get cracking on those 88 games on my "Want to Try" list

I have played 92 of the top 100
Left to play: Le Havre Conflict of Heroes: Awakening the Bear! - Russia 1941-1942 Up Front Blood Bowl: Living RuleBook Space Hulk Advanced Squad Leader (ASL) Starter Kit #1 Napoleon's Triumph Blood Bowl - Third Edition
Le Harve and Conflict of Heroes are still very new and I just haven't got the chance yet but they will be played.
I know someone who owns Up Front and Blood Bowl but scheduling two players is always tricky for me. I most likely will try them at some point.
That just leaves Space Hulk, Napoleon's Triumph and ASL Starter kit. Space Hulk is impossible to find and not really a game I think I will like.
As for Napoleon's Triumph, I thought Bonaparte at Marengo was so-so and I am not looking to play it again so not likely anytime soon.
ASL Starter Kit #1, I have played lots of ASL and would try the starter kit if it was suggested but am noyt going to buy it or seek it out.

The "heavy guns" are coming out now ... 81%! Very nice Chapel! ... and 72% for the next 100 ... I think a perfect 100% is too elusive ... some don't care to play the wargames and other feel the same for different genres. Even the most heavy of collectors have some "holes" in preferences it seems. I think I'll never get very high in played percentage. I have a too small collection, with too few collecting friends. Even though I want to play them all I might not get the chance. Cons were mentioned though ... I might try that this year.

Re: What's your top 100 play percentage?
I'm at 83 of the top 100 (and yes, I've played both the basic and deluxe LotR the Confrontation and BloodBowl 3rd edition and living rulebook, although if anyone else counted one as both, I don't blame you). I'm missing the following. For the most part I'm not terribly eager to try them, but wouldn't avoid them (to see what the fuss is about). 1960 Age of Empires III Conflict of Heroes Yinsh Hammer of the Scots Mr. Jack (like to try) Space Hulk Friedrich (like to try) Descent (no desire) ASL / ASL SK#1 (No desire. I'll play CC:E or Up Front or something else) Starcraft (actively trying to play this. Own a copy) Tide of Iron Thebes TTR:Nordic Napoleon's Triumph (intrigued) Carc:The City Given what local gamers have copies of, I could probably knock 4-6 of these out this year. With the exception of those titles I'm trying to play, I feel I'm unlikely to like it, or it's similar enough to a game I don't love that I don't actively seek it out. (Like Joe Huber, if someone loves a game I'm usually willing to try it, to see what the fuss is). Although this thread does make me want to up the number a bit... Just to be clear ... many of the games on the list that I have played did not inspire a desire to repeat the experience. I've played about 81 of the 2nd 100.

23 of the top 50; 18 of the next 50. I thought it was more but there's been some movement with some of the newer games lately. I just looked at #101 through #110 and I've played all but one of those.
