This is from 'Battleplan' Variant Magazine authored by none other than Craig Besinque. This was used at 'Origins 1987'. From the article: "This scenario picks up the 1941 Campaign in the 4th Month with Rommel investing Tobruk and holding frontier. The British have escaped major losses by giving ground, and have accumulated a supply advantage." Length: Months 4-10(July, 1941-January, 1942). 2-3 hours.
AXIS(deploy 1st)Initial Forces
All 'S' & '3' units: Free deployment in Libya, except Tobruk (21/104 Mech. is reduced by 1 step).
Initial Supply:[4]- supply cards.
Reinforcements:'5' & '7'
Resupply: 2 supply cards per Month.
ALLIES(deploy 2nd)Initial Forces
All 'S' units (except 2/3 Armor & 2/SG Mech. Inf., which are eliminated), 'T', '2', & '4' units: Free deployment anywhere in Egypt & Tobruk.
Initial Supply [8]- supply cards.
Reinforcements: '6', '8', & '10' units.
Resupply: 3 supply cards per Month.
Victory: Usual Victory Conditions apply.
