Is there a way to tell if you have the REvised one or the regular one?

In the two editions I know of, the second edition had the SdJ winner ensignia added to the box art.

In the revised, the score track goes to 100 and the borders of the train cards are white. Also, there are symbols on the tracks on the board.

And the yellow cards had a "star of david" symbol in the first edition, I've forgotten what it's been changed to.

The aforementioned score track going up to 100 is the most reliable difference I know of.

I believe they also corrected a little colour variation between the orange cards and the orange on the board....but don't quote me on that.

Train and Ticket cards have a black border in the first edition, and white in the second.

They very much corrected the coloring on the revised version... I have the old version, and played the revised at Origins for the first time... the difference in the boards is amazing...
