Munchkins of Umbar!
sauron So there I was, bleakly surveying my options. Dol Guldur had fallen to an assault to the White Wizard, and the upstart King of Gondor had led an army south to raze Umbar. I had no armies capable of opposing them in those cities, and I couldn't take enough strongholds to break the free peoples this turn.

That's when I started carefully rereading The Corsairs of Umbar:

Move any one Army from Umbar to any Gondor coastal Region!!!

So I moved the Gondor army back to Lossarnach, recaptured Umbar with my pitiful one archer, and was back in the game!

The Free Peoples put up quite a stink, of course, but in the end they had to agree that the card didn't specify a Shadow Player Army, but any one army.

All aboard the Corsairs of Umbar!

OK, that's hilarious. But, the way I read the "Limits on Actions" and "Events" bits on p. 22, in a 3- or 4-player game, the Sauron player couldn't play that to move a Southron army from Umbar (much less a Gondor army). And if you agree that it wouldn't be allowed in a 3- or 4-player game, then it seems like it shouldn't be allowed in a 2-player game either.

I will agree this is top-notch munchkinism so you fully deserve the win...
and then I will run to errata the card and say to all Shadow players out there:
Move YOUR army...:p
