New Laws
I was surprised to find that there wasn't a thread here for new laws to put on the blank cards, so I decided to start one. Here are mine:

Red Rules

All players may discard two chips if they wish. Each player who does so may discard any one law that is currently in force.

Before the vote, look through the discard pile, choose a law, and read it aloud. This law takes immediate effect.

Blue Rules

All players on their turns must draw two cards, then propose two laws. No one may select two contradictory laws. These laws are passed or defeated as a pair, but become two separate laws if passed.

If a law is rejected, the player who proposed it may take one chip from any one player who voted against it.

Instead of proposing a law from their own hands, players may choose a law at random from another player’s hand and propose it. If you do this, you must give the player a law from your own hand to replace the one you took.

Each player scores 3 bonus points for each color in which they have 3 or more chips.

In addition to the normal endgame conditions, the game is also over if anyone has five or more chips of the same color.

In addition to the normal endgame conditions, the game is also over if anyone has ten or more chips.

Whenever you have the opportunity to vote, you may abstain and take a chip instead.

Anyone who proposes a law must always use his Yes vote for it.

Whenever you vote, you may also pay a chip to make your vote count double.

Before votes are revealed, the player who proposed a law may choose one other player whose vote counts double for this vote.

Feel free to add more!
