At first I was going to scratch build the buildings then came across some really great paper buildings from David Graffam.

http://www.davesgames.net/

The pdfs have multiple layers so I can print out multiple versions of the building and have them look different with textures, windows, etc..

the center piece of the town will probably be the village pub for the town hall

the church will be the village chapel

they even have ruined building that I will use for the abandoned keep.

the manor will wind up being a composite of different buildings to make the size and shape I need.

the only building not offered by David Graffam was a windmill. Luckily Fat Dragon makes one:

I still have not found a suitable model for the light house but I will cross that bridge when I come to it.

only issue I am coming across now is the sheer size of the boards, escecially the coast expansion. since the buildings from each expansion are not to scale with each other the coastal town of Tidewater will wind up being quite large in comparison to Shadowbrook. right now the rough sizes I am looking at for each board is the following:

Shadowbrook 3x3
Echo Lake 3x2
The Coast 3x4

that would give the whole piece once complete a rough dimension of 3x9 feet which will look rather impressive! IMHO
