Ticket to Ride Europe Pocket Goes Free
Days of Wonder has dropped the price of Ticket to Ride Europe Pocket for this coming weekend all the way to FREE. This is a great implementation complete with asynchronous Game Center support, achievements, Ticket to Ride Switzerland as an IAP and more. Absolutely no reason to not have this on your iPhone or iPod Touch (supports iPhone 3GS and up, and iPod Touch 3rd generation and up). You can pick it up right now in the App Store.

Cafe International Major Update Coming November 29
Cafe International for iOS Universal was released this summer to generally favorable reviews. One thing is was noted to be lacking was online multiplayer. Coming on November 29th, this should no longer be a problem. Cafe International is getting a major update to version 2.0. Included in this update will be online multiplayer through Game Center, optimized iPhone 5 layout, optimized layout for playing around a table (board will turn to face current player), and more. You can pick up Cafe International for $4.99USD right now on the App Store.

Ravensburger Drops Prices
Ravensburger is having a sale on some of their iOS games to celebrate the fact that the iOS implementations of Scotland Yard and Whoowasit? HD have been nominated for the German Developer Award. Both of those titles as well as the iPhone version of Whoowasit? and Take it Easy have also been discounted:

Whoowasit? HD (iPad): $5.99USD -> $3.99USD. Get it here.
Whoowasit? (iPhone) : $3.99USD -> $1.99USD. Get it here.
Scotland Yard (Universal): $5.99USD -> $3.99USD. Get it here.
Take it Easy (Universal): $1.99USD -> $0.99USD. Get it here.

Hero Academy Updated to Version 1.4
Earlier this week, developer Robot Entertainment updated their popular strategy game, Hero Academy, to version 1.4. This update includes the new Shaolin team which we discussed back in October. It also introduces a single-player Challenge Collection allowing you to play Hero Academy solo for the first time. The Shaolin team is available as an IAP for $1.99USD, and the Challenge Collection is IAP for $0.99USD. You can pick up Hero Academy for iOS Universal on the App Store.

Avadon: The Black Fortress Gets Cheaper
Spiderweb Software's old-school RPG, Avadon: The Black Fortress has gone on sale from $9.99USD to $4.99USD. Like all of Spiderweb's RPG titles, Avadon is known for having a deep, rich story with tons of NPC interaction as well as cool turn-based combat. If you can get past the old-timey graphics, this is a great RPG and one of the best (if not THE best) for the iPad. If you're at all curious, now's your chance to save five bucks and give it a whirl. Avadon: The Black Fortress is for iPad only and can be picked on on the App Store.
