I can't believe we are starting upon the fourth year of this gaming group. I really have developed some very cool friendships doing this and game night is a highlight of the week. The game group has held steady...I think Jeff joined in this year, but it could have been last year. Anyways, some notes from the past year (that I have pulled out of the blog).

We got together 49 times this past year. No idea on attendance...I didn't think of that until now. I know I was there 49 times. LOL.

In that time we played a total of 166 games with 90 unique games. So, we almost played, on average, each game twice. Except it doesn't work that way. Below are the nickle and dimes (and anything we played multiple times). If I can, I'll comment.

Sheepshead 15 - Timm/Kevin/I have running game
Crokinole 12
Somerset 10 - Timm/Kevin vs Chris/I
Slappy Hands 6 - Game I co-created.

Macao 3
Taj Mahal 3
Kingsburg 3
Dominion 3
Condottiere 3 - one of our standby 6 player games.
Thurn and Taxis 3
Lexio 3
Stone Age 3
St. Pete 3
Glen More 3
Attika 3
Puerto Rico 3
San Juan 2
Chicago Express 2
Age of Steam 2
Category Five 2
Samuari 2
Pickomino 2
Aton 2
Amun-Re 2
McMulti 2
Liars Dice 2
Shanghien 2
The Speicherstadt 2
Last Chance 2
Vikings 2
Shogun 2

Just in looking at the list, Princes of Florence was only played once this past year (was almost played on Tuesday). Alot of alea games played (some were only played once) Fast Food Frachise was only played once this year for the first time (I believe).

I did a little detective work. Jeff's first TEG session was June 2, 2009. He joined in the first year of the group!

We only played Princes of Florence once last year? It seems like that gets brought up as a suggestion every week!

I know, I was sorta surprised. We almost played it last week, but PR won out. I smell PoF being played in a couple of weeks.

Jeff joined in at the tail end of the first year. Wow.
