We started with 7 Wonders, twice, while waiting for the fifth person to turn up, then went into Endeavor. Surprisingly it was new to Richard, but he soon picked it up. I surprised myself when counting up at the end to find that I’d won!! I chose Maya as the next game, a game about building Incan Temples that I really enjoy, but we haven’t played much recently. I made a couple of mistakes in the first round, and Sami and Colin were able to capitalise on that, and the fact that the game was new to Marion and Richard, and it was obvious early on that it was between the two of them! After that we played some more familiar fare – Vegas Showdown and Stone Age (we were back to 4 players for the last hour), and finished with a quick Escalation!.
