Done. After months of dicking around, I finally finished! Honestly, it wasn't a herculean effort or anything -- I just (stupidly) tried to do this in the middle of a whole lot of other stuff going on.

Anyway, I know that no one gives a crap about any of that... so without further ado, here are the photos:

Here's the closed game board/box:

This is box being opened. You can see the components inside.

A shot of everything together:

Pile of effect tokens:

The faction cards (and turn card):

Whole lotta troop tokens:

Nine custom dice:

The rule book (shoe-horned down to PocketMod size):

And one last shot of the game board:

Finally, a very big THANK YOU to

Beautiful!

I need to get my basement work area cleaned and de-cluttered so I can start making PnP's again!

Awesome work. Can I ask, how did you make the box? I'd be happy for the information as I'd love to make a new board/box for my Dune Express set!

The box was a re-purposed thrift store find. It was one of those plastic travel chess/checkers/backgammon sets. I just printed the Dune Express map to fit, glued it down, then layered on coats of varnish.

If I could find one, I'd use a wood box -- just because I think it would look and feel nicer. But this one does the job, and is great for packing along.
