A New Box for Postcards

I've decided to use one of the cases (see previous post) for a PnP game I'm rather fond of: Postcard from the Revolution. Although I already had a box and boards made, I'm combining box and boards using this plastic case in much the same manner I did for Dune Express (see here for details).

So, I had to do some chopping and resizing of the images to get them to fit the case. I was a bit worried because I had to shrink the size a little bit, and I wasn't sure if the blocks I made for the game would still fit the smaller hexes.

They fit. Barely. The blocks are slightly big, but that shouldn't be a problem for game play.

ok, ok... I know you're only interested in the pictures, so here they are. Yeah, I took a lot (and these are only a few of them).

First, here's the case with the British Airways stickers removed.

These are the board images, resized and printed on full-sheet label paper.

And the same images cut to fit the case.

Labels applied to the case.

Taped and prepped for spraying with fixative.

Finished! These last few shots turned out really rubbish, and I'm just too lazy to re-take them.

Here's the case opened, one of the gameboards on each side of the case (Germantown and Brandywine Creek).

Pic of the case closed.

Final picture. This is the inside with all the components. Plenty of room in there! I'm keeping the full-size boards I created before -- no reason not to, since they fit nicely inside.
