First of, I really like this game. I'm a sucker for good pick up and deliver games :-) But I understand that some people find it dry. In this case, the fun I have with the game mechanics justify the lack of theme packaging (ie this is a pure mechanical game). Very high on my "play again to confirm my initial enthusiasm" list.

- Industrial Waste

Nice game. I like the card pile picking mechanism and the player interaction. A game everyone should try once. A game I don't really need to own but will never refuse it.
Today I realized I was whining too much about the iconography (which wasn't a issue after playing the first round). Shame on me!

- Heartland

The name is too difficult to pronounce or remember so I call it the potato game (the theme is about farming). This is a really fun family/super-filler game. Going to chase down a copy at Essen.

- Race for the Galaxy

This game is still going strong and I see it remains that way for a long time. Still not out how much luck and how much skill is involved. But I'm still intrigued :-)
