Today's card is the Neutral Event "Repair":

Repair is a very useful card. For just II, you can take any one of your destroyed tanks from your Junkyard and put it onto any unoccupied space in your Back Line. That means it can already move and surprise an unwary opponent who did not expect you to drop a tank anywhere near his or her Units.

You can also combine Repair with cards that put cards from your Supply (deck) into your Junkyard (discard pile) so you might end up discarding some heavy armor into your Junkyard, then being able to "repair" them and start an assault early on. A card that comes to mind for this strategy is "Japanese Infantry", which I showed you in an earlier card preview:

Drop the Infantry, which forces you to discard the top 5 cards from your Supply, on turn 1. If you are lucky some high-cost, powerful tanks are among the cards discarded so you can play Repair on turn 2 and place a strong tank in your Back Line, giving you quite a head start...

As always, more to come tomorrow!

Cheers,

Andi
