received Greedy Kingdoms (and its Treasure expansion) in the post today so I tried it out this afternoon with my seven-year-old..

The card art is cute. The English language text is tiny - readable but I have trouble deciphering symbols included in the text (they're colour-coded and I don't see colours good.) The game itself plays quickly and is easy to teach. Some of the cards in the Treasure expansion seem less-than-useful so we might play without them next time. My son enjoyed the game and asked to play again immediately which is always a good sign.

next we played Famiglia. I lost - not to chance but to my son's well-planned targeting of high-level cards (this is good, I'd rather lose to my kids than beat them since it increases their affinity for new games)
