The Battle of Senzar ca 1470 BCE

The session report: The Defeat of Thutmose III in the Battle of Senzar

Thutmose III at it again he must have escaped from the debacle @ Megiddo. This time vs King Barattarna of the Hittites. Unfortunately for him, another loss.

My current setup has plenty of space but until the room is actually finished it has crappy light. So I drew up an image to show the setup. It sorta worked, but once things got more chaotic the diagrams got to be too much work. I did have sketches in my notes though, and that helped to write up the session report.

"Standard" ancients terrain. Set piece battle. Still interesting enough as it's the first "lineup and go after each other" with chariots and runner infantry in the game. The setup is a bit more involved in the preceding Megiddo.
