Babylon 1225 BCE

Link to session report: Blues Brothers 1225 (BC) [Babylon]

King Tukulti-Ninurta I the Assyrian vs the Kassite Babylonians under King Kashtiliash IV.

Tukulti-Ninurta I returns this time vs the Babylonians in another flat plain meeting engagement.

The Assyrians have the numbers and leadership. But maybe not overwhelmingly so. I tried to take advantage of the bigger chariot wing of the Kassites to apply more damage in a single activation (due to higher numbers) and then blow through and come back around later.

I usually use all or at least most optional rules in GBoH and in this case that includes chariot turnover. Up until this battle it was a neat touch. This time it was practically slapstick. High speed (or even moderate speed) chariots were simply unable to turn without falling over... In any case it gave me an excuse to add a video in place of a picture since my lighting still sucks.

One more Chariots of Fire battle to go, but very few actual chariots.
