1. First I mixed some Dark Angels Green with a tiny bit of Chaos Black and painted the bottoms of his wings on the front and back, his back and tail, and his stomach. I used water to blend the darker green into the lighter green already on his wings.

2. I drybrushed some Scorpion Green onto the tops of his wings on the front and back. I also drybrushed his stomach, trying to only hit the highpoints.

3. I painted a watered down layer of Bleached Bone onto his horns, claws, teeth, and some spines on the back of his head.

4. I then painted the inside of his mouth and his eyes with Blood Red.

5. The last step was to drybrush a very thin layer of Gunmetal metallic paint onto his back and tail. I thought this would give it a subtle slimy look.

My next step will be to apply a light wash to the mini. After that I'll seal it with a very reliable product which I'll talk about next time. So stay tuned!
