I agree... neither of these games look good to me.

Vegas rates a 1 out of 10 on alea's difficulty scale.
Saint Malo rates a 2 out of 10 on alea's difficulty scale.

That's probably the issue... but these don't even look like especially entertaining fillers.

Attack of the dice rollers!
I already considered Alea Iacta Est to be a light dice roller, but at that time, alea didn't have any, so it was ok. While I won't say now anything bad about "Roll through Saint Malo" (prototype status), there is no reason a simplicistic game like VEGAS should be published within their gamers brand (alea). It would be ok as a standard Ravensburger release. I wonder why they're weakening deliberately alea gamers reputation with such a light game release...
