It is important to establish credibility in the first entry of any blog. I have just the beer to set the tone. So much for foreplay by talking about lesser beers, let's go straight to:

MY THOUGHTS
Rating (0-5):

I quite enjoy this beer. I tend to lean heavily to ales instead of lagers anyway. This beer has an incredible fusion of smoke, bacon, and maple. All three flavours are prevalent without being over the top. To me, this is not just a novelty beer, but a beverage that will always have a place in my heart and beer fridge.
Game Pairing: The Castles of Burgundy
As you ferret out the elegant nuances of Castles of Burgundy you can experience the various flavours in this exquisite ale. Both should be savoured.
Cheers,
Bixby
Standard Disclaimer: I am not a beer judge, nor do I have a palate that is refined enough to tell you which type of hops were used in the making of a beer. I know very little about zymology. I am an average guy that likes to play boardgames and likes to drink beer. All you will get here is my opinion on what I like. That is all.
