In Paletto, players in compliance of some easy rules remove stones in different colours from a square grid board.
At the beginning of the game, all squares are filled with stones in different colours (random positioning).
Then players by turn remove stones. Only stones with at least two vacant sides can be removed, and all remaining stones must still be orthogonally connected.
The goal of the game is to collect all stones of one colour, or to be the last one to take a stone.
Paletto is a derivative of Keks by the same designer.
