Explore spooky dungeons, find glorious treasure, buy powerful magic items, and challenge the most horrible creatures. Will your party be able to defeat the final boss?
In Dungeon Fighter, a fully cooperative board game, players take on the roles of heroes venturing deep into a three-tier dungeon. Along the way, they explore the dungeon, search its many rooms, and face endless hordes of vicious monsters. Best of all, your skill determines the ability of your character. Can you kill Medusa without looking into her eyes, defeat the Minotaur in the labyrinth, or resist the breath of the dragon? Will you be able to hit a target by throwing the dice under your leg with your eyes closed?
You will feel truly part of a centuries-old battle between good and evil...with a touch of foolish stupidity.
I decided to design more boss cards–Green Slime, Puppet Master, Golden Medusa, Golden Hydra, and Sarlacc Pit. Because it is difficult to match the exact colors of the original cards, I suggest sleeving all of the bosses. Double check the sizing before printing out.
[I have not play-tested the Green Slime card yet]
Directions: If you miss when attacking, then roll a white die. If the eye icon, then lose your special weapon. If you are not using a special weapon, then lose one turn retrieving your weapon out of the green slime.
A concise rules summary that should be sufficient to setup and teach the game. All known errata is included. To be printed one one sheet, front and back.
I was tired of forgetting important details and not being able to find them in the funny, but terribly laid-out, rule book. This started as a very short list of important rules I sometimes forgot between infrequent plays, but evolved into a *mostly* complete rules summary.
This is just a (relatively) quick, 1.0. If I've got something wrong, please let me know.
