The designer has asked that the rules NOT be made available online, for the reasons below:
"The rules of my games are my intellectual property and remain under copyright in my name. Without getting into a legal discussion, let me just say that any publication of the rules for free distribution is bound to weaken my rights in my IP. I realize other designers and publishers may have different policies and very good reasons for adopting those policies, but this is mine, and it will remain so. I do thank Scott & co. for respecting my wishes here.
On the other hand, I don't care about private distribution, any more than as a book author I care about people photocopying a few pages for personal use."
The latter paragraph does mean you could ask someone to send you a copy.
