Game covers Soviet counteroffensive and the German operations to keep the Soviet pincers apart and or relieve the Stalingrad pocket if they are unable to do so. Year is 1942. This is the 2nd Edition of this 1992 CSR award winner. In the second edition Reserves have been added, Determined attacks and defenses, air power, artillery barrages, and more.
22x34" full color map. 560 counters, four scenarios.
