Treasure Island (2003)

A pirate-themed game where players explore treasure islands and try to collect as many treasures as possible. Each turn a player rolls two dice. Then each player chooses one of the numbers and places his or her counter on a square marked with that number. The goal is to "cut off" areas from the rest of the board and thus claim treasures that might be within.

The game includes two boards. The smaller is suitable for 2-4 players and plays in 45 minutes. The larger is for 2-6 players and takes about 90 minutes to play.

You take the role of a daring Captain in the early 18th Century and control a small fleet.
You land your ships at an anchorage on Treasure Island and then venture inland in search of the hidden fortunes, The Treasure consists of Gold, Pearls, Gemstones and many other items but, once found, you need cunning to ensure it is not taken by your fellow Captains.
Your other aim is to occupy uncharted regions of the Island to be awarded the Davy Jones Legacy.
