This is a small-format game (one 8.5 x 11" map, 125 counters) covering the battle for landing zone X-Ray in the Ia Drang valley in 1965 (the battle featured in the movie "We Were Soldiers"). The game is available for download from www.armchairgeneral.com using the code provided in the magazine. All components must be printed out and assembled prior to play. Rules are provided covering random events, morale, and each turn is fifteen minutes of real time.
