Published in the 1976 issue of Extra Special Cracked. The last 16 pages of the (perfect bound, unlabeled spine) magazine need to be removed. There is one page of rules on the back of the title page, and two pages constitute the board. The remaining (non-perforated) pages contain cards, stock certificates, and money, which need to be cut apart. Players must provide their own die and pawns. The game is printed in red and black ink on newsprint paper. The rules and currency are printed in black only.
The top of the magazine cover bears the legend “First Mighty, Laugh-Filled Collector’s Annual.” Cracked had been putting out repackaged annuals since 1965; this was merely the first bearing the title of Extra Special Cracked. The game is identified as a bonus insert, meaning it had not previously been published.
