Description Edit | History

The jutting spires of the huge Citadel reached through the smoke like a monster. Every attempt to take it had been shattered by the battle magic of the hideous Nepharites. Still, the Imperial Infantry moved forward, with a feeling so strong this mission might finally be realized.

McHurst felt a surge in his chest. Three other corporations would soon join the fight under the banner name "Doomtroopers."

In Mutant Chronicles, you control one of five corporations: Imperial, Cybertronic, Mishima, Capitol, or Bauhaus. With your own unique expertise, you make decisions and plan your strategies. Each successful mission brings you to a new one with a different Citadel layout and different events that can help or hinder you in battle. Each promotion gives access to more powerful weaponry! The strike on the Nepharites is beginning! Grab your Punisher Shortsword and your Plasma Carbine and make your mark in the Mutant Chronicles!

A rare poster-magazine called "Symmetry" #1 that was produced only in Sweden added an expansion to Siege of the Citadel. It added to the base game Brotherhood Characters (Inquisitor Nicodemus and Mortificator Sebastian Crenshaw), new equipment, spells, and two new baddies: the Pretorian Stalkers. All the minis were given their own stats and paper models for representation.

0 Turn Order Chit Round Labels
These are round turn order chit labels I made for printing on label paper and mounting on poker chips so that they would wear better than the cardboard ones that come with the game. They are approx. 29/32" (2.3 cm) in diameter and I cold-laminated mine before sticking them on the chips. This file includes two copies of each label (in case, like me, you mess one up), including custom labels for the Brotherhood faction and the Dark Legion player (to alleviate confusion during gameplay, especially if you play the variant where you randomly draw teams before each mission).

1 SotC Small Tiles
These are small versions of the map tiles that I made for laying out the custom maps for my custom campaign. They are 2" square and I mounted mine on heavy card-stock for ease of handling.

4 Cydonia or Bust! v.1
This is the first version of my custom 10 mission campaign, Cydonia or Bust! To play it you will need an ordinary deck of playing cards and familiarity with the teleporter advanced rules from The Brotherhood expansion. These missions have not been playtested (I wanted to get them finished and distributed), so any feedback regarding balance or play issues would be appreciated.

4 Printable Expansion Cards
These are all of the expansion cards formatted in Word in business card size (2" x 3.5"). The reason there's a page with only one card on it is that I forgot one and didn't want to reformat the entire thing. The images were pasted into Word and aligned so you can copy them and paste them into an image editor if you'd like to tweak them. I've also included cards for the Advanced Grenade Launcher, my Deathlockdrum variant (see the gallery), and a full replacement set of Force Cards that incorporates the Pretorian Stalker Force Card. See the gallery for examples of the custom card backs I used for the Art, Necro-Technology and Dark Symmetry Cards. These can be printed on card stock but I made mine by printing on an inkjet on 24 lb. high-res paper, rounding the corners and then laminating...

3 Map Building Excel File
I've pasted smaller versions of all the map tiles (including the expansion) into an Excel spreadsheet for the purpose of constructing custom scenarios. Just copy, paste, rotate and drag the tiles around to construct maps. I've also recreated all of the campaign maps (including the 3 expansion missions) and marked the entry points with arrows (black for the Dark Legion, white for the Doomtroopers). Each map is labeled by mission number (not name) and the number of rounds and force cards required is also listed. Special mission conditions have not been included.

3 The Brotherhood Expansion Mission 1 Edit
The briefing for the first expansion mission in the pdf on BGG is in Swedish. I've translated it to english.

1 Pretorian Stalkers data card
I decided to take the Pretorian Stalkers data card from the expansion "Battle of the Citadel - The Brotherhood" and redo it to match the game's original style and shape. I've also included OldWarrior's ELITE FORCES rank.

4 Advanced Grenade Launcher, polished in PS
This is OldWarrior's Advanced Grenade Launcher card, but cleaned up in PhotoShop so that new text matches the original card's, the background is blended and the weapon fits into the chain border.

4 Modified Pretorian Stalkers' Data Card (Reference Card)
I modified the Pretorian Stalkers' reference card to fit in with the new Dark Legion ELITE FORCES Reference Card (which I am also uploading here as a separate file). At the time of this upload I plan to follow this rule: If three or more corporations begin a mission at Rank 5-6, OR if one is at Rank 5 and a second one is at Rank 6, then use the ELITE FORCES Dark Legion Rank. Remember that the Pretorian Stalkers come as a pair. :) This should make these enemies even more deadly and a bit harder to eliminate. If the Doomtroopers are still having a relatively easy time of it, then throw in the Pretorian Stalkers' Force Card occasionally to beef up a mission -- maybe have two of them chasing the Doomtroopers instead of the Ezoghoul in the Trapped! mission. The Pretorian Stalkers'...

4 Dark Legion ELITE FORCES Reference Card
I took the liberty of modifiying the Dark Legion Rank 5-6 Reference Card to make a brand new rank, ELITE FORCES. This needs some play testing, but I think you will find it presents a great challenge for the more advanced Doomtroopers. At the time of this upload, I have chosen to use the ELITE FORCES whenever three or more corporations (excluding the DL player's corporation of course) begin a mission at Rank 5-6 OR when one corporation is at Rank 5 and a second one is at Rank 6.
