Hurricane: The Game of the Tropics (1988)

Sort of Monopoly around the Bermuda Triangle? You move your boat, trying to reach resorts and invest in them. Meanwhile, one of several hurricanes progresses about the board. This is the over-researched part of the game: there are a great number of hurricane "program" cards that dictate the storm's motion, in historically accurate fashion. A sliding sleeve with a window is used to reveal the path progressively.

If a resort is hit, its value goes down, and you should worry about insurance as well. Meanwhile, your own boat may also get swept up in the storm...
