English Rules

I scanned a copy of the german rules, then put the text into yahoo babel fish translator. This is the result. Several of the words have not been translated correctly, and some have been translated incorrectly (Beware: some swears). I found this enough to learn the rules. I will attempt to fix up the translation issues in the future.
