Ticket to Ride - Märklin Edition is the third installment in Days of Wonder's best-selling Ticket to Ride series. The board for the Märklin Edition is based on a map of Germany and each individual card in the deck depicts a different Märklin Trains model. A DVD introducing players to the Märklin line of model trains is included.

Passenger figures are used to pick up merchandise tokens worth different numbers of points along the routes that they claim.

The player who completes the most destination tickets receives a 10 point bonus (instead of the base game's longest route bonus).

An unofficial expansion for Ticket to Ride: Marklin. This file includes instructions for the expansion, which introduces two new optional rules "Commuters & Tourists" and "Own the Line." The commuters and tourists rules modify the way passengers are used in the original Marklin game. To support the commuters & tourists rules, a new set of SmarTrip cards are introduced to the game. These SmarTrip cards contain attractions to which the tourist passengers can travel for scoring vitory points. This file also contains these SmarTrip cards.

My groups have found that it's really easy to miscalculate scores during a game--someone forgets to award points, or awards them to the wrong player, etc. This handy scoresheet makes double-checking and calculating scores (after the end of the game) really easy to do!
