TI3:SE Tech Tracker
|
|
This tech tracker is designed to address the hassles in technology management and make the game progress faster. Each player has a checklist to quickly record the effects of techs, so that you (and other players) can see your abilities at a glance. The effects of tech are sorted by unit, so it is possible to quickly determine the combat strength and abilities of each unit.
The layout of the reference cards is meant to be small and compact. They are designed for experienced players who have a pretty good idea of what techs are available.

Bureaucracy2 Strategy Card

This allows the Age of Empires variant to be used with the Shattered Empire strategy cards using the Red Tape variant posted on the FFG forums. Basically, reveal all strategy cards like in Age of Empires but then place a red token over all but the first card to block its use. Then use this strategy card instead of Bureaucracy.
I stole the card posted here to images and added a back and added a number "2" on there. Personally, I printed this out (81mm high) on a full-page label, cut it out, and stuck it on the old Imperial I card that I never plan to use.

TI3 SE Player Handout (booklet)

This is an 18 page PDF that contains the contents of other PDFs from this
site.
I was getting overwhelmed with the number of player aids that I was handing
out during games, so I took the ones I liked best and made a book out of them.
I printed 8 copies of the book, laminated each double-sided page and spiral
bound them. Each player has their own color-coded wet-erase marker to mark to
their hearts content.
