From the box top: "A hands & knees fast action game with mini head-sticks." Yes, that's right "mini head-sticks" not the large ones found in most other games.

This is a race game in which you push a small car around a course with the "mini head-stick" while on your hands and knees. The game includes 4 mini head sticks, 4 course markers, and 4 cars. The course markers can be set up in different track configurations.

I'm not sure where the monkeys fit into this.

This game is most famous for being the star in the 2007 April Fool's prank where a couple hundred users rated this obscure game a 10 on March 31. On the morning of April 1 the game was launched to number 1 in the game rankings.
