Reinhold Wittig’s SPIELECOLLECTION No. 1 Spiele zur Schatzinsel (1988)

The first and only(?) book in a planned series of themed game books. Wittig compilation of pirate-themed games complete with rules and instructions to make them by yourself.
Some were published in later years, some were half-baked and asked the reader to add his own ideas or rules.

The contributors included (the list is not complete):
- Alex Randolph (with a three person variant of his later Schatzinsel)
- Wittig himself with complete instructions to make and play Piratenbillard and with Pirate Inc.)

- Max Kobbert

All in all 18 pirate games plus some information about the designers on 150 (large) pages.
