SeaRovers is a game for one to four players filled with combat, greed and strategy. Players are put in command of famous freebooters and filibusters as they sail the sparkling waters of the Spanish Main in search of prey and plunder. Booty is collected by building buccaneer and pirate vessels, completing historical attacks, and plundering other players. To secure your booty you must bring it back to your haven. By securing the most booty, you can become the greatest SeaRover of them all!
The mechanics of SeaRovers revolve around; looking at the probabilities, weighing risk vs. reward, analyzing and planning your objectives, and managing your hand properly. The game is designed to accommodate multiple playing styles and rewards players that are analytical and carefully contemplate their course and actions.
