Fair Play Rules PDF in Italian-Please Translate to English

One of the authors of Fair Play sent me this PDF with the hopes that I could find someone to translate it to English. I haven't had any luck finding anyone thus far. Perhaps putting it up here on the geek will help get it into the hands of an Italian speaker who can translate it to English.
