Players earn victory points by shipping merchandise from the harbor, but also by erecting and using buildings, and by abiding by the law."
Three different Buildings are included in this file. The Samba School, Canadian Embassy, and the Rum Cafe. All are fit to size the other standard buildings in Cuba.
