This is an abstract strategy game which utilizes a theme of ancient Egypt. Pyramid Scheme: Legend of the Pharaohs can be played by 2 or 3 alternating players or teams of players. Each begins the game with a Base Pyramid comprised of 9 pieces (8 Soldiers and 1 Guardian). Each player's objective is to capture the playing pieces and ultimately, raid and capture the Treasure Chamber within the Base Pyramid of the opponents.
This game appears to have been printed in Mexico. Rules come in two booklets, one in English, and one in Spanish. Small publisher listed as located in Jamul, a small community in very East San Diego County.
