Description Edit | History

Monsterpocalypse brings the kaiju (loosely translated from Japanese as ‘giant monster’) genre – a pop culture favorite – to the tabletop in the form of a fast-paced, action-packed CMG. Designed by Matt Wilson, the award winning creator of Warmachine and Hordes, Monsterpocalypse leverages the critically acclaimed abilities of Privateer Press as a leading miniatures manufacturer to enter a new category of product with a property that will appeal to a world-wide fan base of all ages.

The Monsterpocalypse CMG launched in Fall 2008 with the 'Rise' block, consisting of a base set, 'Rise,' and the expansions 'I Chomp NY' and 'All Your Base,' both of which were released in 2009. The second block, 'Monsterpcalypse Now,' was released in Fall 2009, with the first of two expansions, 'Big in Japan,' slated for release in June 2010. Each set contains large-scale monsters, as well as smaller support units and interactive buildings. Figures are sold in semi-randomized starter packs and randomized booster packs, and special figures are available through promotional events.

This includes 6 playmates, 1 for each Now faction. Each player can have an individual playmat instead of using those on the map board. Helpful if you make custom maps and don't want to print out the border or just need more room.

23 Ability Reference Sheet by Faction (Updated for the "Big in Japan" expansion and the May 2010 official errata with fixes)
This is a series of reference sheets in one PDF that has all of the Monsterpocalypse abilities grouped by faction. The only shortcut I took was that I only put one icon for triggers (i.e. brawl/blast/power) and did it more-or-less arbitrarily as I put the first one I found. I also have put the abilities strictly alphabetically, not grouped by type.
